This notice explains what personal data Aequilibrium In Crisis AS collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and shares nothing with third parties.

What this website collects
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The site does not use Google Analytics or any similar service, and loads no scripts, fonts or content from third-party servers.
One functional cookie. The site stores a cookie named pll_language that remembers whether you read it in English or French. It contains only the language code, is kept for twelve months and is not used to identify you. Under the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act, such a cookie does not require consent.
Server logs. Like any website, the hosting provider (IONOS SE, Germany, within the EEA) records technical data on each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. These logs are kept for a short period for security and fault-finding and are then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you contact us
There is no contact form. If you write to us by e-mail, we keep your message and address for as long as the exchange, and any engagement that follows, requires. E-mail is hosted by Proton AG, Switzerland, a country recognised by the EU as providing adequate data protection. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Pages link to LinkedIn and to external publications. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this notice does not cover.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).
Changes
If the site starts collecting anything beyond what is described here, this notice will be updated first and the date at the top will change.
